I need a game similar to NWN, mainly with similar character creation,

what do you think about diablo (or "diablo clones")?

fallout 1 and 2. You can play alone in neverwinter nights 2. You just have to get to the first main city to dismiss party members

It's almost the same ruleset as NWN, but with you creating a full party of up to 6 characters.
IWD1 is also decent if you don't mind going to an older ruleset.
