I don't even hate the game (probably because it got two much better sequels so it's hard to be mad). It's just bad. Like just legitimately bad. It's not even something you can contest, it's not a difference of opinion, the game is just clearly poorly designed. You can play it for five minutes and understand immediately that something went wrong. It doesn't require any kind of nuance.
