I would assume the bottom one, while ignorant, would be better for you overall. The top is very cynical and properly burnt out on games
Personal rule I used to fixed the top one is to never start more than 2-3 games concurrently. If I don't feel like playing any of them I do something else

I built myself a gaming PC about 2 years ago and it's still pretty good. If I could do it again I'd just buy a console because now I have so many fucking games I don't know what to play anymore.
My Switch/Xbone/3DS see more play than my PC anymore.
