There was this old/obscure as fuck game I can't remember the name of. You were a guy who receives a letter from his brother and you have to find him. Eventually you unlock the power to turn into some kind of demon thing, and go through several different worlds including a medieval and egypt worlds. I think you had a sword of light and a crossbow at some point too.

Anybody knows what I'm talking about? It was released around 2000-2002. First person action game similar to Heretic 2. It had a lot of satanic imagery if I remember correctly.
