Just because it's a Sonic game it doesn't mean it has to be fast paced. In fact, it is quite a suitable change of pace considering its the final level, so it is rather jarring and sinister in a good sense, because you're used to speeding through things up until this point, with the level making you stop and think before you take action with the various orbs that can launch you into spikes. I enjoy the song personally.

Excluding OP-faggot's attempt to start another battle of never-ending flame-war between weebs and non-weebs, sounds kinda not exactly sonic-ish. Not to say it's bad, but I imagine it would be better used as cutscene theme, or maybe if said Titanic Monarch Act 2 was pretty much straight line until boss fight, so you'd run ahead with this preparing you for a showdown. Someone will curse me for saying this, but this track is not "gamey" enough.
