In my FFXIV guild there are shittion of girls, like 1/3 of the guild. Nobody goes thirsty for them like a fucking virgin beta spergs, everyone acts like a normal fucking being.
It's a Russian guild. I think it's because the game is not translated to Russian AND has very high sub price(because of the shitty Russian ruble conversion rate). This two conditions filters out most of the retards.
Most of the people who play it here are educated adults 20-40 years old who know English well and have a jobs and gf/family.

Joined a guild on DCUOnline on a whim with a cool guy all around that was just starting it. Everything was great until his PS3 broke and he was mia for quite a long time. Nothing eventful happened until I was doing some 4 man raid with some random players. The loot that dropped went to everyone regardless of class and you could "Need" it or "Want" it, the exact words may not be correct. I Needed it for the cosmetic style, but once you put your choice you can't take it back, and you can't trade as a non subscriber because game was 1 pro 10 cons, so one of the players got ULTRA buttblasted that he didn't get it, even though he did Needed it for the exact same reason. I even apologized and explained myself but he was too much of child I guess to see reason. He threatens me saying he knows one of the leaders of the guild I was in. Later the leader gets in contact with me along with the other player. I explain my side but they still have this attitude like it's partly my fault. I left the guild shortly after. Haven't joined one since.

I was in a casual vanilla wow raiding guild that was destroyed by one mid 20s woman and her enabling boyfriend who happened to be the raiding off-tank. The guild had the most diverse roster from 12 year old boys to 50 year old women. This cunt however, was the de facto queen of the guild because of her off tank boyfriend and main tank irl friend. Last guild died because the GM got an officer pregnant. She spent the next week or so telling everyone how happy she was and was going to keep it. GM didn't want that, she ended up getting an abortion. Officer then starts rumours that some guys were hitting on her and the guild blew up.

Made my own but I can't get people to join. I'd just give up and find another but I managed to get 3 others to join and don't want to abandon them. Had some guy the other day join then leave when he realised he needed to ask me if he wanted something from the company chest. Fuck off there's 20m worth of garbage in there.
