>be young, no money for vidya and plenty of free time
>grow up, have money for vidya but no free time
Because of this I've started watching vidya "cutscene movies"
Finished watching Nier automata and Tales of Berseriahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lthR_l5BbNA
Any story rich vidya recommendations?anyone else does this?

No. Even when my play time is limited I still manage to play them, even if a single game can take months to be finished (for example, bought SRW on launch day and still haven't finished it).
You're just an idiot.

I would rather not spend months on end completing games like I used to.
Need to backlog 100+ games in my steam library.
Persona 5
>he actually watched automata instead of playing it
Utterly ruined your experience, anon.

How so? I've watched it for the story. I'd say automata's main experience is gameplay, since its a hack and slash game, right?
Its not the same as Lets Plays. Its just watching the cutscenes, like going to the cinema

>he will never experience ending E by himself

I did this for MGS 1, 2 and 3 before 4 came out. Don't regret it, those games play like ass.
Op, I could understand watching a let's play, but a cutscene movie? That's a bad idea. Automata especially is a very fun game to play.

Starting off with great stuff there.

You missed out on psycho mantis switching controller to 2nd port. that was clever

>those games play like ass
>I'm totally not a colossal faggot, guys
Read/listen to a fuckin book.
i went the exact opposite way, ditching games that are too heavy on story and cutscenes. jRPGs are pretty much out of the question.

no.
a picture paints a thousands words
a video paints a million words

Anon, those videos don't include the skiits which are the best part of the game by far and Berseria has a ton of them
