I got a +HP/-DEF 5* Effie in my attempts to get Tana but I already have one with better IVs so I'm debating on who should get her death blow. A +RES/-HP Eliwood, a +SPD/-RES Raven, and a +SPD/-RES Cain. I'm leaning towards Raven since he is the only one out of the bunch that is at 5*, but I'm willing to listen to a second opinion.

Damn, you leveled her up, I can't give you a good reading. Units in this game have stat ranges that are determined when you summon them, so despite being identical some can be better than others. I want to say your Sonya is +Attack because she has to be unless she got Attack boosts on every level so far. Looking at the rest of your barracks, Lilina can be strong if you give her the right skills but you could reroll if you're not especially fond of any of those units, Sonya is a good tank against mages though.
