What's the most money you've spent on a single game (DLC, micro transactions, subscriptions, etc.)?
Dofus. For thos that you don't know it's a french mmorpg and you have to pay a subscription to play (although you can play for free but it's pretty limited). I never payed for microtransactions but just with the subscription alone I have payed rhis baguette game around 300-400€ probably.

Is it still around?
I bought Demon's Souls 3 times by accident.
Like 250$ for runescape membership throughout my childhood
when bonds were introduced into the game I could get enough gp for a month of membership in a day or two
I spent probably $100 or more on ships and costumes in Star Trek Online. Now it won't even run on my computer :(
Fuck I have never actually spent over 100$ on a single game. Of course most "normal" games cost under $100, and I have only played a few games with micro-transaction and never really enjoyed them. Never played shit like fateGO or kancolle or FE mobile too. Am I missing out?
30 bucks on cs;go crates.Made 150 by selling a pair of gloves i opened
I guess like ~80 bucks on some game with expensive dlc. Dark Souls 3 comes to memory
I hardly buy games at full price, i dont fall for microtransactions, and never had the chance to play a subscription based MMO.
$100 on F/GO trying for Caster Nero, didn't even get a gold servant.

Kingdom of Loathing. I've prolly donated a couple hundred dollars to them
I don't know exactly, but I spent A LOT on LittleBigPlanet's costumes and level packs because in games like that I must have all the customisation options.
I spent fiddy buckaroos on tribes because the beta was some of the best gaming ive experienced in a decade
then they fucked shit up
Maple story

I own all pre-order DLC and merch DLC for the original JP release of Bravely Default. Probably hundreds of dollars down the drain. At least the game was good.
$85 dollars for DS3 and the season pass, couldn't regret it more. Learned my lesson, never buying a game again until the definitive edition comes out

I've dumped a couple grand on some games. I cringe at myself when I do it but I couldn't stop at the time. I've reeled myself back mostly now. It's like a gambling addiction just without losing my car.
I've spent like £80 on CK2

seventy five dollars buying a kirby 64 at launch. I think i spent 45-50 on megaman 5 on NES, but im fuzzy on the exact price.
i'm not braindead enough to get tricked into gambling away money on bullshit crates/keys and other casino stuff
