Vita version has a lot more stuff added, but it also messed with the game's difficulty in that it made everything way too easy, changed some voice actors, and added a character that people like to meme about hating, so pick your poison.

It's alright for the most part, but be sure to double check your save, and make multiple saves always because the save file becomes corrupted without you knowing.
