TLOU suffers of the very exact same problem as so many other AAA titles now: they are so tightly designed, forwards funneling and scripted, that no two gameplays will ever be truly different.

Played Type0 earlier this year for the first time, and fucking loved it. Easily the best FF game since 9, and the "true" FF15 in my books. Greatly underrated and less known game to boot.

Not a PS4 exclusive but titanfall 2 is pretty damn great.

Nioh is great, but the game assumes that you know Japanese history in at least a general sense. Otherwise the story will just be a string of nonsensical battles and names thrown at you. The action more than makes up for it though.
