Because FFIII is dated and boring. Boring story and the job system in V is better.

Because pretty much everyone with a DS or PSP has played FFIII and it even got rereleased on PC. You have to go a little more out of your way for FFV.

The 3D remake is by far the best version of IV from a gameplay standpoint. The only issue is you'll probably need a guide for the Augment system to know which worthless ones to pass off to get good ones from certain characters.

I think the mobile and PC versions also have a bonus dungeon the DS one doesn't.

It is fairly fun, but there are points where you HAVE to grind because your characters might not have the HP to survive through a single boss attack that hits the entire party. Looking at you CPU.
