Just bought a Vive
Can /v/ tell me some great fun free games I can get for it?
Want the new Rick and Morty VR but I don't get paid till another 2 weeks and was used for getting this thing. So nothing that costs money

Bump. Anyone at all?
Rec room
There's a robot shooter that I really like, I don't remember the name of it off hand

As someone who bought a Vive just a few months after it's release, you were probably better off waiting for another 3rd party headset. Though, seeing as you've already got it, guess I'll rattle off some of the good (free) games.
>Accounting
>The Lab
>Rec Room (unless you're antisocial)
>NVIDIA VR funhouse (provided you're up to spec)
>Budget Cuts Demo
There's also a good number of Oculus "exclusives" if you go through the hassle of using ReVive, but I haven't bothered with it.

Jumbotron quest. Best rec room has to offer.
>>387010640
I installed Revive for any oculus ones as well. Just don't know what to get.
Why wait for a 3rd party headset? Like I said, just got it so don't really know much about it right now.

HTC is kind of a shitty company, and they're selling the Vive for way too much, especially since it's basically using Valve's devkit design, doesn't come with a proper headstrap, and isn't wireless.
New headsets that are functionally identical/better using the Lighthouse system are just around the corner, and they're going to be undercutting the prices from both HTC and Oculus.

Should I sell my vive in September or October then and maybe wait for black friday or new designs?
I bought this for 500
>>387011779
You got it for 500? It's worth keeping, then. New headsets will be incremental improvements, and they'll only be $100-150 less in a couple of years.

>another 3rd party headset
Do these even exist
>>387009479
REZ
>>387012160
Only from LG that I know, but there are not even any dev kits yet. Vive will be king for a good while longer.

This is some Ready Player One shit.

>>387009479
All free
Accounting (no shit)
NEKOPALIVE if you are a pervert
Quanero
Waltz of the Wizard
Blueshift (could not go fast myself, didnt like)
Deadly hunter VR
Valve's The lab (play longbow game, addicting)

I've seen a few of them at CES and the like, but the only one that I can recall is the LG headset. Technically, it's only a slight resolution increase over the Vive, but it looks a lot sleeker, and it can flip up like the PSVR.
Related question: Can you pirate stuff by using revive?
OP use it and play Robo Recall
should I get prescription lens adapters or those glasses frames that are small but fit on my face?

I believe oculus version superhot VR is available on tpb.
>>387012415
VRChat is looking real good right now
>>387012565
Aren't we all perverts deep down inside?
But these seems promising as well, thanks!

War Thunder if you want to fly planes in VR. Online MMO that has native VR support for the sim mode.
Horror:
The Bellows and Organ Quarter Pre-Alpha Demo
Etc. :
The Red Stare, The Price of Freedom, Belko VR, etc.
I wann get the Rift for waifu simulator and other ero games. Is it worth it? There's also a cool version of Dolphin that makes games like paper mario be a little popout book or Metroid prime in vr
Is it worth the price drop and "MUH FACEBOOK"?

phone vr is better for porn desu
dolphin vr is barely functional
>>387015110
>phone vr is better for porn desu
