My problem is that there are low gravity areas instead of the whole game being in low gravity. The game was okay in beta but it not being free means its unplayable. I already own OW and I hardly play that fucking piece of shit.

Having random zero gravity zones doesn't add anything to the game and everything is completely balanced around it so any gunfight outside of the centre of the fucking map is unbalanced

Look at the characters. They looked like someone barfed on a piece of paper and handed it to a modeler to make.

I play it. Biggest reason I can list is presentation. The game doesnt look great. Its not going to catch your eye if you pass by a video or something of it. Also the character design is awful. Truly fucking awful. I look at them and thing "I dont want to be any of these fuckers"

Like I said though. The gameplay is genuinely fun, and has a very high skillcap, which i like. But they needed to present it better to get new players into it. Fucking character design.....so fucking bad......ugh.

I tried it out and really didn't enjoy it. Partly because people were already finding cheese tactics with no counterplay in the open beta.
I don't think it's a terrible game but I feel like a lot of characters lack depth. Could be a great game in due time though.

Gigantic and Lawbreakers are not casual enough. That is seriously the reason. See how Halo Wars isn't big on PC? See how Quake Champions isn't doing so well?

Multiplayer games with even mediocre skill ceilings will guarantee low populations. If you play shit like Counterstrike, Dota, League of Legends, Call of Duty, or other shit similar where you can play at dogshit slow speed or have literally the ability to one shot anything infront of you, you are playing a casual game.

Lawbreakers doesn't have the tiny ass Call of Duty TTK like Overwatch, even the just below Halo 5 levels of TTK and it's too much for people. Gigantic is literally skillshot and verticality the game and that entirely ruins everything for ultra casuals who happen to venture over from Dota.

Just realize these games are niche and move on. You should praise them for not making another clone, they actually got off the beaten path.

Also just to put it out there, I find it absolutely fantastic that shit like Splatoon and Titanfall became a thing, because both are fairly hardcore experiences with many moving gears yet they have had relative success. It's not as bad as everyone wants it to seem on here. Lawbreakers is actually a cool game, but I'm not certain it will achieve anything beyond a ~1k any given time playerbase on Steam. It's probably doing a slight bit better on PS4.

Game has shit balance, characters are ugly and over designed, there are too many similar game modes, the low gravity areas are just boring.
Played the alpha and beta and it just kept getting worse.
Cooldown hero skills are a terrible game idea and this game suffers from too little imagination.
