When due process fails us, we really do live in a world ofDeus Ex threads
UNATCO?

Number one: that's terror.
>we'll never have a deus ex thread that isn't just the same tired memes EVER again

That's terror

UNATCO?
>>386999931
No, savage.
>>386999547
We had a good one a week or so ago, but yeah the series is dead and there's not much to discuss. Still the GOAT game though
>>386999995
U-UNATCO?

U-UNATCO?
I hope you guys get demonized and banned just like the new vegas threads because you fucking deserve it
inb4 "but we're talking about video games!"
you know exactly what you're doing

Savage.
>>387000259
wait, the hell happened with New Vegas Threads?
>>387000439
they got banned because they were just generals.
>see deus ex praised as one of the best game ever
>okay lets go
>downloaded torrent
>installed the game + resolution mods and bug-fixes
>everything set, start a new game
>game looks complex and deep
>.....
>after half of hour I realize I'm not having fun
>at all
>everything feels off... and dull
>uninstall.exe
what the fuck, I always try old games, and generally have patience and favor gameplay and content over graphics and age. but Deus Ex just does not work for me... I just cant bring myself to play it
>>387000439
You're not cleared for that, agent. What are you, Angel/OA?
>>387000742
so discussion pretty much ended and only shitposting and memes were left?
>>387000985
It's okay to not like everything
>>387000985
Try play up until Hell's Kitchen, which is about 2 hours in. It really clicked for me there. If you still aren't having fun by that point it probably isn't for you.

literally the last thread https://boards.fireden.net/v/thread/386954035
A bump!
>>386999547
Do you have a single fact to back that up?
>>387000259
Bitch, I ain't going back to jail
>>386999218
But due process is expensive as shit, even when things are going well.
>>386999547
Some people just don't understand the danger of indiscriminate memeing
>>386999547
Mathematically unlikely
going to be playing it for the first time with GMDX 9.0, anything I should keep in mind?

>replayed a few weeks ago
>still probably one of the best games ever
was pretty bummed i only just learnt i could save jock but ill have to do it next time
>>387000985
It's okay if you don't like it. Trying to play non-lethal stealth can be boring and tedious. It gets a bit more fun once you start picking up more equipment and upgrading your skills though.
>snatch gif
Nice.
>>387007695
That sounds pretty good. I'm doing a rifle playthrough right now and it's going pretty smoothly. Are there enough LAMs and such that you can use them freely in combat, or is it stealth lite?
>>387007695
don't you lose all but one of your grenades of each type when you get captured by MJ12?
>>386999547
you really think you can escape your cycles of guilt?

There are so many secrets in DX. Like saving the guy in the plane, the multiple secret panels in Alex's room, and so many more. I think that's one of the best parts about the game, I love finding secrets.
i want to play Deus Ex again but i know i'll get burned out on the campaign, any good mods? have already played The Nameless Mod, looking for a full conversion
>>387010576
>shifter
>malkavian mod
>GMDX
>>387010972
played malkavian mod, did they make one that lasts longer than half an hour?
Game time /v/
You need to get in to a club do you
>A. shoot the bouncer outside and walk through the front door
>B. use a mine to create a distraction and sneak in door when everyone is distracted
>C. stack boxes and enter though an open window in the alley
>D. go to the back and hack the door
>E. use a pass you pickpocketed off another person waiting
>F. bribe the bouncer and pay even less since you are a smooth talker
or do you have your own unique way in?
>>387011530
I don't get it
>>387011612
I use a gas grenade.
>>387011612
I'd pickpocket the pass and hack the door. You never know if they'll check for one on the inside
>>387000110
Same thing happened with the Star Trek threads. The last one I was in was honestly almost entirely talking about the videogames, but because of how often the threads are just talking about Star Trek the mods deleted it anyway. The mods don't bother looking, they just delete em all and let god sort em out.
