I don't care if Valve lets adults gamble. That's their prerogative. Teenagers and children frequently do not understand the value of money and are easily tricked into gambling for intangible goods. That's why they're not allowed into casinos.

There need not be a program. Simply an update on current legislation. Any 'programs' for 'regulation' should be on the company's end to ensure that they are legally keeping good.

Audit using existing infrastructure that is already keeping brick and mortar casinos in line.
