Tomb Raider 2 is garbage. I just played the first two levels last night after having beaten it 15+ years ago. The focus on combat is obnoxious given that the movement system is so clunky. Although the plot is largely the best, it feels claustrophobic given that Lara is never able to really interact with anyone.

Tomb Raider 3 fixed this by giving her more rapport with other characters but the campiness was completely unecessary
