when gta heists were released me and a friend got in a party with people on /v/ to fill out the spots. they were super serious tryhards who took the game VERY seriously and wound up doing just about everything in the heist themselves because they didnt trust us to.

Later one of them talked about how he's never had sex or had a blow job. The other guy then started coming on to him and offered to travel to his state to give him a blow. We left after that. Wonder if they ever fucked.

A few months ago some people from /v/ showed interest in this mediocre MMO I am kind of a veteran in. They seemed to want to make a guild to play with other people from /v/ so I made one and invited the people who had posted their ign in the thread knowing full well they wouldn't play for long but whatever.
One of them seemed to have a lot of fun and was generally a cool dude, I'd help him out and make things easier for him.
Then another one seemed to be taking pride in "trolling atheists" or some shit, whenever I checked channel chat he was there arguing about religion with a lot of other people, this went on for like an hour.
The others weren't memorable which is probably a good thing.

/v/ is a mixed bag, the ones that are normal people that happen to post on /v/ tend to be pretty cool. The ones who spout memes and make it obvious they are from here are usually trash. The best way to tell is how frequently they use ';^)" or "xD", someone who uses them occasionally when being sarcastic is alright, somebody who uses them constantly because they can't turn off sarcastic meme mode is fucking annoying.

I jump at the call when someone on /v/ needs help on Dark Souls 1, 2, 2SOTFS, 3 or Bloodborne
