I do have one and I also have a PC. Unless it's an exclusive, ypu can set the region to Russia on Steam and buy the game cheaper for PC.

i have one of each this gen. consoles are for exclusives when you have a PC that is similar or better.
when there is a multiplat you have to decide what to get it on. until the switch it was always pc as the answer. now i consider if mobile might be worth it. ps4 has given me no reason to choose it over PC
