I think one neat thing that they could do is have the elusive targets on a timer, where some might pop back up later during certain times of the year or even certain days.

Keeps the feel, but also gives others a chance to get them without having to be on a ridiculous MMO event timer.

Well, beyond the fact that I am jaded as fuck and had a hard time believing it would be good, there was also denuvo and always online being a fucking major turnoff, as well as the performance issues. Was hoping that it'd be fixed somewhat by the time I actually got it, but not really.
