Most of them are within 30 so you're fine there. One of the problems with Fates' army vs army is the first time you play it you have no reason to care about the face characters in the opposing side, which is why I think RD did the army vs army so much better.

But just beware that going backwards will lose out on little QoL changes, like Dangerzones and choosing the enemy, then the weapon were only added in FE11,

This is true, but that's not what people are talking about. That's things like the Level up Quotes or her C-Support with Gregor. That's obviously just legacy dialogue that wasn't replaced when she was married. It's a bit lazy of IS, but it's nothing terribly damning.

What people are reffering to are the Event Tile dialogues with Severa, which ONLY happen after she's married. She obviously can't have Severa around before she's married.

So that's not legacy dialogue, that's intended, normal dialogue. Cordelia gets married, she still continues lusting after Chrom, then finally her and Severa wind up going out and picking up men together.

She gets over Chrom in Robin's Support. You're reading to much into event tile dialogue. She only stares wistfully at 'him', not Chrom. She has her guide to picking up men both before and after she gets married, because the programmers aren't just going to take out ambient dialogue for waifu purposes. She literally says "But know that I'll always be watching you...and only you. I love you, Robin. I always will." Note that she can only ever support Chrom if she's unmarried.
