I still thought it was a great experience, and although we likely won't get another one, I think the setting and steampunk genre are tool culturally enjoyed to not see some future games inspired by it

Not an argument. Quality > quantity. People are saying the same thing about Hellblade, which is bullshit. I'd pay $79.99 for Hellblade. Easy. I'd pay much more, actually. I only played a very little bit of it.

It's the only game to ever give me motion sickness, it was horrific. Textures are stunning if you stand dead still, but it looks trash in motion.

Gameplay had zero feeling behind it. It wasn't nice feeling to shoot or move.

Story segments were long and boring as duck, with actually a really cheap and lazy presentation.

FUCK this game.

The lack of imagination and uninspired writing was frustrating but what makes it infuriating is that the assholes making this wanted to make a story based game; to showcase the writing, characters, and setting in spite over merely serviceable gameplay that drives the enchanting story. Its like a bunch of failed screenwriters were seen as more than competent enough to oversee and develop a video game project. Harsh but b-movie tier writing and plot to the point of chuckling absurdity.

Worst game of that year and glad it was a critical bomb hopefully detered devs from making video game movies.
