im playing guilty gear and tekken 7 right now. im having fun

SF5, Tekken 7 and Smash are all trash fighters yet the only ones that receive play.

Meanwhile the 2 best fighters Blazblue CF and Guilty Gear Rev2 aren't played by anyone outside Japan.

Tekken 7 fucking sucks. So many fucking people who LARP as Tekken players.

I guess I prefer 2D fighting games because "controlling space on a 2D playfield" is more interesting than mashing mid attacks, hoping you get a juggle. What are you even supposed to be doing in Tekken's neutral game? Is there any? I am legitimately asking.

guilty gear for pc, if you have a ps4 you can look into unist and BBCF 2.0. Tekken 7 if you're into 3d fightan. BBCF has a pc port too but I haven't heard good things about that port.

I play GG,BB, UNIEL, KOF XIV, and T7. They're all really fun, much more than SF in my opinion. I'm sure GG lobbies are still being made almost daily, but some mod kicked the thread to /vg/. Not sure how the other games fare on the site.

Tekken 7 is more fun than GG or BB. I'm not really a big fan of those, I prefer older fighters more than anything. There's nothing on the market like Vampire Savior or Samurai Shodown.
