I do own a PC. I play a ton of shooters and vastly prefer K+M. But I do honestly believe that gyro controls are the absolute closest you can get to K+M precision on a console as possible and it generally feels rather nice at least compared to most standard console shooters.Not perfect but better.

I've played and beat splatoon, and the gyro controls were so terrible that I just switched to standard. I shouldn't need a jittery piece of crap that constantly needs sensitivity adjustments and camera resets because it can't handle movement controls like the infinitely superior KBM scheme can. Splatoon was pretty much the worst shooter I had ever played last gen. I'd rather play Call of duty to be frank.

Second of all, for me and most other people it seems as if the gyro is fairly smooth so I have no idea what's going on there.
