Sadly, reddit.
I know, it fucking sucks, but Reddit has the subforums for every game imaginable, and it's considered better than Neogaf for the obvious reasons.

Which means if you want to contact devs and have them speak candidly, then you better be ready to become like 40% of /v/ and get a Reddit account. It was the only way I could contact a chunk of the translation teams for the weeb games I play on steam.
