They're creatively bankrupt. Still rehashing Assassin's Creed when I don't even think the most diehard fans care anymore about the story and people now just buy it for the historical setting like a themepark ride. Their Tom Clancy games aren't hard or require tactical planning whatsoever anymore. They think that supporting their IPs means pushing cosmetics, DLC, and microtransactions.
They don't understand that balancing and back-end support (servers that work) are what keep a game alive.
They EVENTUALLY took steps in the right direction with Siege, but that only worked because that's actually a pretty decent game.
The rest of their games are too mediocre or out-right broken to be saved in a similar manner.
