Is he right /v/? Is this how we fix the fallout genre? I would like your opinion/input. Part 1/2

A few of these ideas are good. What website is that?
>>386610141
Yeah, these suggestions seem pretty good, don't know what Fallout Cascadia is though?
I mean yeah, it's pretty fucking obvious how to fix the Fallout franchise for people who like Fallout; that's not gonna fucking happen with Bethesda at the helm, because all people who started with 4 are gonna say "What the fuck what's with all these skill checks? I want to say whatever I want whenever! Fuck this game I'm gonna wait for Fallout 5"

>Great actors

>Keep crafting system
Did no one like weapon mods?
>>386610107
>keep F4 art style
Fuck, that was one of the thousand things I hated about F4. Everything looked too pastel.

It looks way better than new vegas, at the very least, they looked human
>>386610107
>keep settlements
>keep crafting system
the settlements were a shitty side-diversion and releasing "content packs" for them diverts from actual good DLC a la NV and 3.
the weapon crafting system felt like an excuse to only put like 8 guns in the game. Selection felt puny compared to nv and 3.

get rid of piper for one thing

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as Fallout Genre, is in fact, called isometric turn based WRPGs, or as I've recently taken to calling it, sleeping pills.

Give me more race options e.i. Ghouls, Super Mutants and Robots with their own special negative and positive traits and it's literally everything I ever wanted.

I thought that the crafting system made up for the few guns, and would be even better with more guns.
The crafting/modding system from new vegas was pretty terrible desu. Weapon mods were ridiculously expensive, rare, and you could almost never find one for a weapon that you'd actually want to use. Crafting in a bench was also a massive chore, as it was so picky with what materials you could craft with, as well as the menu just having so many useless, obsolete crafting options.

Yeah, I also hated how unique weapons couldn't be modded.

It all seems pretty good, but if we're bringing back NV ammunition types then bring back the Weapon Pool as well. No more of this rechambering a Hunting Rifle into an hardened armor piercing Anti-Material Rifle or some bullshit like that.
I'd personally get rid of the whole settelement system or just reserve it to crafting player homes.
Fo4 is already a masterpiece, your archaic silent character is never coming back so kill yourself
