The animation is gorgeous and the aesthetic/HUD look is quite nice. The combat is super simple and the outdoor terrain could use some work, but this isn't supposed to showcase the combat so they just included a simple version

Right now, the controls are just a jump, a simple sword sing that does a combo when you're hitting an enemy, and an i-frame dash that I assume will work similarly to rolling in DaS

I'd rather it just being a video game with very light biblical themes like Binding of Isaac, the symbolisms are there yes but the main story is a little boy whose schizo mom tries to kill him during an episode, gets knocked out with a falling bible, he reads said bible most likely the bible verse saying how all man are born with sin, then decides to punish himself by locking himself in his toy chest with his dead cat and suffocating.
