>Have huge backlog
>Cant decide what to play
How do you guys solve such problems? Whenever I take a loot at those titles and pick one I keep feeling that that other one would be better and so on. So far played what I felt I needed to relax - Temple of the Elemental Evil (cleared 3rd time), Saints Row 3 (cleared second time) and first Fallout (cleared 6th time).
What to do?

Anybody?
For example, Stranger of Sword City or Megadimension Neptunia?
>>386565481
play neptunia faggot
>>386567857
I never heard of Neptunia Faggot, is this some sort of secret version of the game?
I make a very simple python script that randomly chooses a game for me

Yep, you have to input a secret cheat code while your controller is lodged in your asshole
Sometimes I'll go from the top, sometimes the bottom. Others I'll just scan through and pick a name that stands out. The important thing is to just pick something fast and commit to it for at least a few hours, you'll want to go back before the momentum stops
>Aquanox bundle
Aquanox isn't even the first game in the series by the way, might want to play Archimedean Dynasty first before jumping on that

I dont think I can stand DOS games anymore. When I was like 11 years old, it was not a problem, nowdays its a bit too much.

Play Ys: Origin

Fair enuff, I've found you can get back in the swing of it when you focus on old games for a while but it's really jarring otherwise. There are some atrocious interfaces in the DOS era

Play what you want. Fuck backlogs.
A backlog is just a list of games that don't appeal to you right now, which is fine.
If you're not enjoying yourself inside half an hour, move on to the next game and keep going until you are having fun.
Life's too short for "It gets good after six hours!"
If you don't like it, don't play it.
If you don't feel like playing ANY games, then don't. Take up skydiving or pottery or basket weaving or some shit.
Don't hold a backlog.
Don't turn your fun escapist pasttime into a chore.

You could try my approach. I have a whiteboard with NOW and UP NEXT columns on it, and I write what I'm playing now and what I'll play next on it in the respective columns. I decide the next game by either what I really want to play next, or if I can't decide, at random. Then, I stick to it, no deviation. I beat the game in the NOW column, then move on to the game in the UP NEXT column, deciding what is up next at that time.

Thats what I was trying to do, hence replaying those games when I feeled I needed that taste.
But right now I cant pick next title at all - I want to play something and dont want to play anything at the same time ;_;
