You grind for the sake of grinding/satisfaction of achieving dokkan awakenings. The only time you "battle" other players is the world tournament. Friends give friend points which is used for friend summons which typically gives training fodder, hercule statues, and the androids SR which can go LR. Teq Hercule is from there as well who will eventually go LR down the road in global.

Grinding. There is PVP, but its AI controlled opponents using a players team.

Pic related if you want real time multiplayer, actually playing missions/raids with friends or anons, and there is going to be a real time PVP mode added this month. Also you can continuously play even without stamina if you join in other people's missions.

I've seen that cards with the same character can be used at a lower percentage success rate. If the card being used has max SA, does the card getting fed get the 10 maxed SA?

You're always happy to give it a try at least. When you join other people's mission, you still get the same drop rates as if playing solo, but playing multiplayer benefits you with a higher chance of getting a Lucky Drop at the end of the mission, and a better chance of getting bosses/raid bosses to drop, while not wasting your stamina at all. You don't get Rank EXP if you join a room, you do get it if you're the host.

The game does have a limited chatting function, as in you have these stamps like "Thank You" or "Get the Boss" "Heal Please" etc, and also tapping on the screen to notify another player if you want them to move to a certain spot.

Characters are easy to level, using Ramen Cups that you can get from a daily event mission, every day being a different color ramen (The game has 5 element types, Red/Blue/Green/Purple/Yellow). And to evolve, you just use scrolls that you get the same way as ramen.

Two tips.

1)Current Story Quests Event (Trunks)has one of the best rewards of any quests, Gravity Training Chamber x 150 (2 drops guaranteed) in Second Stage on Z-Hard.

It doubles XP during training, meaning it can max out character instantly, making it a god send.

2)IF you pulled Gogeta SSJ4 be sure to get both Failure Gotenks from strikes, max out their SA and dokkan them with medals.

They are pretty good on their own (prolly the best free cards around) but on incoming Fusion Dance Leader Team they become little monsters.

The problem with this is that you won't really have the ki to utilize his super even at 9ki supers unless you constantly restart the game giving him the ki. Use fattenks instead since he's the other phy unit and he's has +12% attack per phy orb.

So LR Goku/Strike event info coming through.

LR Goku event itself starts Saturday. By all indications there is no reason to believe Stage 4 is also coming. Going off of this Strike cards will be the way to go. There are 3 challenge rewards to the event. Obtaining LR Goku gets you 50 stones. Maxing his SA gets you Elder Kais (can't remember if it is 10 or 20 Kais you will get), and for maxing his hidden potential you will get that amount of orbs. Once per day Teq Orbs will be available during the entirety of the event.

Strikes as we should know by now are half off xp, increased character and rank xp, increased chance for 2 cards to drop, double medal drops, and 100 team limit cost removed.

For those looking to farm the cards needed there is one of two ways to get your cards to SA 15/15. One method is a bit more tedious but guarantees you 15/15. I will explain that in a moment. The other method is to get 1 card to Dokkan awaken after SA 10/10. After that SSR the same card for a 50% chance to increase SA. You're rolling the dice.

The guarantee way is to do the following:
Farm 15 cards
Farm 14 medals
Level 1 card to any number SA. We will say 8 for the purpose of this example.
Level the other card's SA to 7.
Dokkan BOTH cards then train one into the other. The SA will carry over giving you 15/15.

What does that mean for those looking to get a team ready? Well today, tomorrow and Friday you will be busy farming your asses off. The good news is if you haven't done any of the strikes, you will get dragon stone for completion. Each stage 2 has a special mission, which if you haven't completed, will net you a DS along with 7 turtle and bulma medals you need to Dokkan strike cards.

Force app close. You can close the app at any time before a full turn is over and it will reset to the beginning when you open up the app again. Also a good atrategy for when you're about to get super attacked and die. You have to do it before it hits though.

There's an SR TEQ Guldo that reduces the enemy's defence after they attack him; he's fantastic for bosses with stupid high defence like Super-difficulty Broly. Let them hit him once and you'll be able to do damage to them normally for a couple turns.

You have to either have 2 dokkan awaken strike cards of the same character. Doesn't matter what the cards SA are, just as long as the two SAs together = 15. The other way is to max 1 card to SA 10/10 then dokkan awaken. After that keep getting the same card, Z-Awaken to SSR then feed to the Dokkan card. It is a 50% chance so take that for what its worth.

LR Goku is a bit different as you either use Elder Kais for the last 10 SA levels or you get TWO LR Gokus at SA 10/20 then train them together to make 20/20

To do that you need Gogeta and SSJ2 Trunks, with Goku as friend. The team has near 250k HP and it's a fucking glass cannon. Also, once in a blue moon you'll get 18 ki with LR Broly, when that happens make sure to enjoy the fireworks.

Just think about it this way, GT lasted 64 episodes and Super has already broken the 100 episode mark. They rushed to finish up GT because it was doing so bad and getting such bad reception, you know they would have milked it forever if they could have, while Super is still going strong.

I don't think anyone thinks Super is original Dragonball quality, but it's alright, it's serviceable, it itches the scratch for more Dragonball. It at least delivers an amazing building and even stays that way until mid-arc, the biggest problem is them finishing up a damn arc. GT didn't really deliver any of that, it was mediocre the whole way through.

Second, it's this huge battle royale but you never get a sense of this scale - all the battles are very small skirmishes with little going on in the background.

GT tried to be DB at first yes, but it failed miserably and couldn't recapture the feeling of adventure or comedy DB had. Super's filler episodes have done a better job of recapturing DB humor than GT even did it its whole run.

It also didn't have much comedy after that first little arc and the fights were by no means good. Every fight got drug out longer than it needed to because a single transformation could end it all. Super by far has better quality that the bottom of the barrel shit known as GT.

Anyway, I just finished watching upisode 98 and while the tournament got to a shitty start, the ending (without spoiling anything) with what happened to universe 9 really saved it in the early going, especially after complaining about shit not being serious enough.
