Control Hunter may be a thing this Expansion, but if it isn't (it probably won't be,) the card is terrible, the effect is decent, the Hero Power is fun, but the Beasts you create (stitching 2 Beasts that cost 5 or less together into 1 card) is really weak since you also have to play the card at full-cost.
>Druid
The Spiders are 1/2s. The scarabs are 1/5s.
Definitely playable, but overall not amazing.
>Priest
Effect is overly situational, impacts your board as well, and the Hero Power is fun. Like most Death Knights, costs too much.
>Warrior
Visual is pure ice, yet has no ice abilities or anything of the sort. Too costly for the effects and Hero Power is, in most scenarios, weaker than 2 Armor.
>Mage
I have no comments on this card.
>Paladin
Some sort of really awkward Combo Paladin activator. Horsemen are unique, so there's no bullshit about needing to get stupid-lucky just for the win condition. Hard to say how this will do.
>Rogue
Shadow Reflection copies the last card you played and vanishes at the end of your turn. Combos well with some stuff, somewhat awkward.
>Warlock
Strong Battlrecry, potent Hero Power, Handlock may see a comeback, but it's hard to say.

Overall, the cards are a total mishmash of good/bad/eh.

Hearthstone is not a generous enough game that the average player can afford to make many gimmick decks, ESPECIALLY one this dull

People need to realize that in a card game not every card in a set is made for them. Every card game has a large demographic and there's as many different reasons to play as there are players. There will be players that enjoy playing with Lilian Voss. The card isn't meant for 'high level ranked' play. It's not for you. Not every card needs to be. Just pick what you like, stop focusing on the things you dislike. Why do people need a fucking explanation for how to enjoy things?!

Seems like the all the new death knight class cards are amazing when playing for fun but no one plays hearthstone casually so they'll be unplayable a month after the expansion comes out.

If I can die on turn 4 with the decks that are out now then a turn 7/8/9 drop better be game changing. There are cards like defile, frostrider, chillblade, etc to balance things out but there are only a couple cards like that added and not enough like them.

Jokes aside, if you now sort those by class you'll get the number of cards Geist will remove in a single matchup. Lining them all up looks good, but that's never going to be relevant in a single match. Most of the remaining cards won't be interesting from turn 6 onwards and hitting them in the deck might actually be bad for you, because you optimize their draw. The card will only be good against Jade Druid and will only be included in decks once Jade Druid makes out a big portion of the meta.
