Was there even an explanation as to the kind of battle Zelda and Ganon were having in BoTW? Magical, I know, but like, specifically. She shoots magic blasts and light arrows in other games, but what the fuck was she doing for 100 years?

I'm not a fan of how they structured BotW's plot. It made me not give a shit about anything that was going on. They should have dropped the whole 100 years thing and merged the champion characters with the alive characters (Sidon, etc). The Shrine of Resurrection could have been an interesting plot point but they never did anything with it, it was wasted potential.

At the very least Zelda should have been a ghost at the end. How the fuck did she survive for that long, without aging a day? I guess magic or some shit. Incredibly lazy plot.
