If you hit him while he's rolling at you you'll deflect his body, just keep doing it til he dies

try to not be too far away from them, also try to not be between two
they telegraph their attacks so learn the patters
you can use the chandelier to instantly destroy one

Just beat this yesterday, stick to the corners, don't be in-between two of them, and avoid taking trades
Also I found the spore shroom useful when healing in corners you can get both after the rolling cool down

Let him roll, jump over him and then do a mid-air downward attack. That's how I pretty much did it.

You can drop chandelier before the boss fight and there will be 1 less of them.

fight takes a lot of jumping and if you want to go ham spam your spirit ball thing, basically jump over them until they have 2 in a corner, then go for the kills.
