1. Don't take them serious EVER.
They don't care about the game or their teammates they just get a kick out of making people feel inferior.
2. Avoid playing teambased games if you don't have friends to play them with. The time of online communitys is over.

People bully because it gets them attention and incites reactions in people. If you want to stop bullying, you need to make it require too much effort to achieve those two goals.

If you ignore them, it's like they are sending chat messages to an empty room, which makes them feel foolish. It's hard but remember: all you have to do is not say anything and you win.

Always make a soft suggestion if the person is taking problems with something in the game. For example if the player is talking shit about top lane getting gang banged, top lane being him, say

Something neutral and suggestive than an order. The other is not to take it personally. Imagine you're on /v/ except ramp up the aggression ten fold. Now remember most of these people are probably just getting through a bad day.

The other option is to simply stop playing that game.

I ussually play these kind of games with everyone muted untill i get better. Once i feel confident in my play and have seen someshit ingame i start being social. That way i can easily tell shitters that blame others for their incompetence from folks that know what they are talking about and react to it properly.

In online games assume everyone is an idiot. Often you will see the toxic people type in caps and broken english. Toxicity is horrible in online team games I kind of miss when it was simple shit in halo/cod days.
