Its also why when he was the producer of unreal 3, he forced them to make the actual fucking game in 6 months. Everything before that was tech demos from the unreal 3 engine (which if you bought the collectors edition, it came with a making of DVD and the dev team literally outright said he force them to make the entire game in 6 months because a majority of the normal dev time was spent on his pet project, gears). Its also why unreal 3 BLACK took 2 and a half years to make, because it was done by 3 guys who went above him to the heads of epic and said they wanted to make the game proper and they got the greenlight to take as much time as they needed to fix it.
One last proof was as SOON as his ass 'left' (forced out) epic, they sold the gears IP days later to microsoft, announced 3 PC exclusive titles in the works and said they would never again work on a xbox exclusive game

cliffy B is a shitstain and needs to go away. He was in charge of the games budgets for gears 2 and 3, and of the 12 million dollar budget, his own budgeted PAY was 2-3m. (base pay of 2m + residuals from the sales). He ONLY stopped saying bad things about the PC when, after epic, no one would touch him and he had to hype his own game

I barely even aim down my weapon's sights because it's much easier to wallrun and sprint or fire from the hip to get a kill with an SMG

That's not even counting the shit you can pull off with Gravity Stars to boost your momentum or the stunts you can do with the grappling hook to set up kills or traverse the map at lightspeed. Anyone who says the game isn't fast is intentionally being a retard
