There's more to the table than your picture suggest, but it's still interesting and probably a win for ryzen depending on your priorities.
Intel seems to be better than AMD when the game is not under stress, which makes the intel part be better at increasing your maximum frame rate, while the AMD is better at increasing your minimum frame rate, which probably is more desirable, as most sane gamers will just play shit with the vsync on, and having a ryzen stops the game from dipping under 60.
