FPS levels then:

Remind me why people hail "classic" FPS games as some of the best games ever when more recent titles are clearly superior? Must just be nostalgiafags in denial.

y'all need to play more modern doom wads. I have more fun with free wads than I do with practically every other game.

That's another thing; the enemies and AI were shit back then. So glad we've got more advanced and threatening enemies these days.

Because episode 1 is objectively the best episode in the game by far and is what everyone remembers Doom 1 for.

Shores of Hell, Inferno and most of Doom 2 are pretty mediocre from the level design perspective.
