Its okay. It suffers a lot from the third person camera. And I think there needs to be at least a few more maps to make it actually interesting.

That being said, the concept is great, and the execution is pretty solid, although there are quite a few weird bugs.

I'd give it an 8/10 for potential. If it remains in its current state forever its a 6/10

It was a fun few days after they added paid crates. Shit move, yes. Shittier excuse for "testing" (yeah, you totally need to take actual money when "testing"), but it didn't destroy the actual game, the thing you play after you press launch. It's the same game + update. Anyway, the fun part was watching all those extremely smug "YFW YOU NEVER BOUGHT INTO THIS SHIPWRECK HAHA" posts. All that time all I could think was "Wow, you didn't buy a fun game and didn't have fun, while I did get my fair 150 hours, about 100 of them are pure fun. Sure showed me!" What did they mean by that?

And it's not like I'm some 2,400hrs in dota 2 shitter. I don't even play MP games usually. All those hours in TF2 are from 2007-2009

Sorry if my writing is strange, I haven't slept for 30 hours and I don't intend to stop soon.

Of course there are tons of threads, it's the no.2 game on steam behind Dota 2 for concurrent players. It literally has over a million unique player logins per day. If you remember how absolutely flooded this board was with LoL threads half a decade ago (so many that moot created /vg/ just to contain them) then you shouldn't be surprised that a similarly popular game is flooding the board now.

This post could only be made by someone who has never played the game. Every single playlist throws you into a game with 100 other people the exact second you press play. You can even leave the game instantly and join another full 100 player lobby the next second. I've got nearly a hundred people on my steam friends list and at any given time roughly half of them are playing this game.

To me the big difference in this game is that the circle always moves and a single survivor WILL be chosen in the next 40 minutes. I hated the aimless wandering with no purpose for hours and getting your shit wrecked while offline in games like DayZ and rust.

Basically it's open world PVP survival with the dull bits cut out. That includes stamina/food/water/disease. Just pure run'n'gun

Its all about spending minimal time in the air. Tl:ddr Aim downwards, the faster you are descending the lower you will be before the shoot fully opens.

To go super austist ive figured you can fully glide about 2 of the large yellow grids.

For max speed, zoom in on where you are landing and count 3 of the smaller grids away from your target. Going from horizontal glide to straight down vertical dive takes roughly one square. You will pick up speed which will push you lower when your shoot auto opens. Then you max glide range at a lower opening is usally 2 small grid squares. Use this to land exactly where you want while slashing as much horizontal flight and parachute time out of your flight
