Some may call me a contrarian, but I loved Bioshock Infinite. The level with dog was the best.

Less weapons and less magic abilities. Too many normal human enemies. The girls portal thing wasn't fun to use. Dumb ending. Shitty final boss. No cool weapon upgrades. City doesn't make sense as being a city. Story isn't very fun to be in. Booger Dewit is cool but doesn't get to do very many cool things.

People keep saying the game was butchered during development but nothing in the early trailers indicates that the game wouldn't have the linear levels we ended up getting.

The biggest change was Elizabeth no longer using vigors and she won't power up our own vigors. But the cinematic rollercoaster ride seemed to be the plan all along.

Because the gameplay was basically Call of Duty with a steampunk or whatever aesthetic. Splicers from the original game were way more dynamic. Infinite's enemies just stood around shooting while waiting to be shot at.

It was painfully average. Looked alright for the most part, but somehow the actual gameplay loop got really boring, really fast. The story and the characters were incredibly shit as well. Like straight out of some teenagers deviantart page.
