It simply isn't popular enougj, like most Ogre Battles. However, it is very likely that it would get in. Major probabilities of the N64 Classic catalogue is just it being a réplica of Wii's VC + DK64and, Diddy Kong Racing and maybe, not likely, Banjo Kaxooie. I'm cool with that, would buy it, unlike SNES and NES

Gameplay wise, it's nothing alike. But story-wise and music-wise, expect something pretty similar; political/religious intrigue with plenty of twists and turns. Plus the added benefit of multiple endings corresponding to Law, Chaos and Neutrality.

Besides Nintendo's stuff, I can see some games like RE2, Goemon (either Great Adventure or Mystical Ninja), ISS64, Castlevania 64/LoD getting in.
Problem is, if the snes mini list has less games than the nes mini, that would mean the n64 will have like 15 games or less, and just with 1st party they can fill the quota
