Nothing will ever surpass the Bloodborne salt. As for BotW, it lasted for a few weeks but since then it's mostly Nintenbros such as yourself posting pictures like that while most people have moved on and don't really care, the game gets decent discussion.

BotW was never not going to be exclusive and was never not gonna get great reviews. Bloodborne was leaked and nobody believed it would be PS4 exclusive (somebody post the picture), leading to the salt when it was revealed it was. Then it got amazing reviews, which caused even more salt.

Every game has shitposting, but you can get discussion for BotW, it took months for any discussion of Bloodborne to consist of anything but comparing it to other Souls games. Horizon has shitposting as well about Aloy and the fact it's hard to have a thread without Zelda being brought up but I wouldn't say there's salt over the game even with the good reviews and sales. Also, The Witcher 3 never really had salt and I say that as a Witcher fan, most people acknowledged the game was great and it ended up winning /v/'s game of the year award. There was a little asshurt from BBfags when it won GOTY but other than a few autists spamming webms there really isn't shitposting, there was tons of decent discussion of the game until it died down and was replaced with Cyberpunk wishlists.

As I said, no game has come close or will ever come close to Bloodborne, that shitposting will go down in history. It wasn't just the fact that it was awesome it was the fact that everybody laughed at the anon for citing neogaf as a source for being exclusive thrn getting BTFO, the fake 7.6 IGN review ending up really being 9.1. Is there a fix for the grass on AMD cards yet? Everything is working mostly 100% with the new update, but the grass still looks like ass.

We haven't even seen the highest amount of anal pain yet. Just wait until BotW receives multiple GOTY awards.
