I only order people around when they keep repeating dumb mistakes. Usually after the second wipe. If the tank can't do his job or an idiot DPS is constantly attacking a single enemy and needing more healing, I call them out on it after the second offense. A healer has to do this because idiots always blame the healer. When its their own stupidity causing them to take more damage.

WHM is a single target healer and has to conserve MP for healing. A good WHM (like me) will still attack, but only after we've done the dungeon once and learned where you don't need to conserve MP. Or if we're doing lower level dungeons. You can basically ignore conserving MP in any dungeon before the Malboro dungeon at level 46. But after that, you have to start paying attention. Some dungeons will force you to cast Esuna a lot or cure II a lot. Other dungeons, you can get through with just regen, so you use the rest of your MP on enemies.

Of course there are just bad WHM players. Even in SB I see some who don't even use regen. And I call them out on it.

Or shitty DPS who can't avoid cones or aren't doing the correct rotation so the enemies stay alive longer and deal more damage to the team. Then you have to waste MP on healing them more times than necessary. Then you run out of HP and they die. But they still blame you.

They blame the healer and keep repeating the same mistake. Because they saw some max gear guy on youtube do it, they think they can do it on their first run.

Except I specifically said I do use sprint and keep up with the tank. I (and another person) also pointed out how using swiftcast just to get one heal off does nothing. If the tank is losing life so fast that you have to use swiftcast, he will die before you can get the next heal off. This is the fault of the tank trying to pull too many guys without having the gear for it. But you just ignore these points and continue to claim the healer should make up the difference in all instances, no matter how shitty the tank is.
