It's not good for a Tank to one-shot anyone, unless it's Rein's charge, since it's already inconsistent and unreliable. DF is fine, since he's a DPS class. He's supposed to be doing a high level of damage. 250 is fine for the punch. Scatter Arrow, on the other hand, can one shot Orissa, and that's a genuine problem.

add to this that roadhog's WR is well below 40% in comp.

hook is effectively useless; most characters where hooks mattered in a team fight (tracer, genji, lucio, etc) have such small frames it is not possible to kill them in a single shot. so they continue to bounce around and are back to full health pretty quickly while you die a miserable death because your gun does maybe 30 dmg a shot against them at any distance greater than 0.

hog is now officially a walking ult battery. scrap gun hits like a wet noodle and hook requires allies around to be useful. given that hog served 2 main purposes (roaming ganker and shield buster) you're better off picking a real dps or tank literally 100% of the time now.

Tanks and supports are the best heroes in the game, strongest and easiest to play and as a result you get a lot done with minimal effort. Until the other tanks and supports get nerfed, this game isn't worth playing. I'm certainly not playing until Mercy gets nerfed, I've been saying for months now that she's the most OP hero in the game. Best ult in the game that comes up way too fast, is invulnerable during it, and she's damn near impossible to kill due to ridiculous self-heal and mobility. Fuck that shit.

I know people who play tanks and supports exclusively on PC with a 360 controller and have maintained 3000+ rating. You don't need mechanical skill to do well with them.

Shotguns cure dive meta.

Give Reaper smaller spread for better damage on small targets and make the spread / damage falloff for being further than 5 feet less severe. You know, like actual fucking shotguns, much less shotguns in the FUTURE.

Return Roadhog to pre-nerf, shorten the fucking hook range a bit if they have to do something so it's an official "You got hooked, you were 100% out of position, your fault" deal. He's a Tank that has 0 defensive tank attributes, let his niche be "Cockblock niggers who dive my Mercy".

Dive Dva and Winston now have counters, Genji remains a skill matchup / uncounterable hero, Tracer is still countered by her HP making her a skill matchup for basically everyone.

It's not rocket science, Flamethrowers and Shotguns are cures for everything that play the rushdown game in multiple genres.

If they go through with this it might make him ridiculous. You can brawl a little bit, and then pop your E and pretty much go wherever you want with the heal + 50% dmg reduction.
