It's pretty fun playing casually with friends, contact missions and survival mode.

It's when you try to play it like an MMO or PVP open world that the game completely falls apart.

For a free mode, I got some fun out of it. Certainly better than 4's online mode.

IV's online was ruined by the pinpoint accurate autoaim and lack of structure. And as V shows, open world PVP is a total clusterfuck. At least it has heists/contact missions/survival/races.

IV was fun because the cars were fun as fuck to drive. You didn't have to spend a trillion hours grinding to get the best cars, and the city actually had stunt spots and fun spots to drive. GTAV is so God damn awful for anything stunt related it's honestly unbelievable.
