As the owner of a gaming PC, Switch, PS4 and Xbone, having owned all three consoles since they released,there is no point in owning the Xbox.

Microsoft really took themselves out of the game by:

-Offering their exclusives on PC.
-Not offering exclusives that people could REALLY get excited about.
-They also killed projects that people where actually hyped about in favor of wack games. (ex: Scalebound for Recore)

Microsoft should seriously consider just bowing out of consoles all together in favor of partnering with PC hardware companies to sell gaming PCs (Like a Steam Box) that your average Joe who knows nothing about PC gaming would be open to buying.

PC, PS4 and a Switch is all anyone will ever need for games.

I have Witcher 3, DOOM, Blue Dragon, Wolfenstein, both Metro games, Lost Oddysey, RE, RE4, RE5, RE6, and Bayonetta on my Xbox hard drive. All games I've never played. Yet every time I turn my Xbone on to play I just go to FIFA or Call of Duty and play with friends.

Is Xbox made for me? Is it time I drop this hobby all together?

From what I understand, it shouldn't be a problem. Every Xbox from now on is going to be an upgrade over the previous version but fully backwards compatible.
