Interesting find. I remember getting removed materials from some pre-built objects in the first LBP.
There were some materials that weren't there in the final game, but some levels still had them within some objects. I specifically remember the japanese level had some flowery material that didn't make it into the final game.

Glitching out of areas and finding random stuff hardly seems surprising or mysterious in a game like LBP where all the levels are made using the same shoddily-bolted together stuff as the in-game level-creator (and obviously a few things only the devs had access to)

Yeah but i believe that stuff can get you some punishment and a removal of those things.
I vividly remember a very explicit level about dicks and shit in the first LBP. It was absoloutely hillarious because the creator really put effort into putting as many detailed dicks into his level as possible.
Many laughs were had but a few days later it was removed for obvious reasons.
I mean it is somewhat a kids game no?
