Does he have Basque blood by any chance? They are the oldest ethno group in Europe who have the highest percentage of Neanderthal blood left in them. All white people have a tiny bit of Neanderthal blood in them but Basques have a significantly higher amount than normal.

I know this because I have a little Basque in me so I've also looked into if I am a bit of a Neanderthal. I am also an Aussie just like Cleve.
