I found the batmobile to be very funny, even the "destroy 80 tanks" missions. Jumping and crawling in walls, shit was unique.
Also everything else was the same but faster: fighting, flying, using weapons, remote batarang, scaring the bad guys, etc. Only the last boss in AC was better for me. Everything else is better in AK (again, for me)
