Knife basically needs the CD to be effective, make it work with all watches and have unlimited cloak. There now you have infinite setup time and you can pick and choose your targets carefully.

and the "50%" cloak duration is litterally making the knife even worse. You don't fuck with cloak with this knife, that is its only crutch.

and heck instant disguises isn't even that useful, disguise kit is way better. there is no use for this knife unless the engy is litterally standing infront of his sentry.

Same here. The meta is so developed around Sandvich that it makes it a shock move any time you pull the shotgun out and the Family Business is insanely powerful for a secondary weapon. The faster firing speed AND increase in shell count are insane, I don't know what valve was thinking when they buffed this weapon, on any other class it could almost be a PRIMARY.

do you actually know HOW to rocket jump?

you should learn how to pogo, jelly hop, shoot at different times of the jump (if you wait you stay low to the ground but the jump is shorter), that you need to control where you aim rockets.

also strafing

you definitely want to learn how to pogo imo, biggest skill jump that you need to know. that and wall jumps but it's not as used as often.

oh and just generally knowing mid combat what jumps to use.

theres a lot of experimentation you need to do but it's not to hard. it should pick up pretty quickly and you'll be near master level.

and you won't really master them, you just need to TRY them and keep them in the back of your head. Like a secret technique that works in specific scenarios.

I see them all the time, over the few hours i was on they joined then disconnected like 12 times over a multitude of different maps and I only saw them once on a ctf_turbine but I managed to easily kill a few as sniper when they were sniper so they could of been fake catbots or the whole thing is just a join a full server then get auto-removed exploit

1st point you are cutting off their spawn route and able to straight up walk to red team like you were coming from their spawn.

in upward red team has free reign from spawn to blu teams front, there is no flank route that takes blu directly behind them. at most its to the sides but those are weak paths that red can easilly monitor, they are in no way free.

badwater is the same thing
gold rush is the same thing
borneo is the same thing.

teams meet head on, and don't have to worry about the entire team being behind their team.

this is a very simple philosophy that all the maps employ but swift water doesn't.
