It was good enough for me to complete all of the quests in the base game, but did that within one and a half playthroughs (got bored on the second one). Wasn't good enough for me to play through it multiple times or install a single DLC. I got more hours out of it than most games i guess, but significantly less hours than i have spent on other bethesda games. Its decent but didnt meet my high expectations.
